Agent IQ is revolutionizing digital customer engagement for banks, helping financial institutions build deeper, more personal relationships with account holders through AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a Director of Product and Content Marketing to join our team and drive a cohesive strategy that combines compelling content creation with effective product marketing. This senior role is ideal for a marketing professional with at least 10 years of experience in crafting strategies and executing initiatives that enhance product visibility and engagement. This is a remote position and can work anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Leadership:
     
    • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for Agent IQ’s product offerings, including messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation
    • Partner with product management and sales to craft value-driven messaging that resonates with our target audience of financial institutions
    • Enable the sales team with effective materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and client partner case studies, to drive product adoption and retention
    • Analyze market trends, client partner feedback, and competitive insights to refine product positioning and inform product development
       
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
     
    • Design and execute a content strategy that supports product marketing goals and drives brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation
    • Create high-quality, engaging content across formats, including blogs, articles, webinars, case studies, and email & social campaigns
    • Ensure all content aligns with our product’s value proposition and addresses key challenges faced by our target audience
       
  • Integrated Campaign Development:
     
    • Plan and implement integrated campaigns that combine product marketing insights with engaging content to drive customer engagement and product interest
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute content effectively across channels and optimize campaign performance
       
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization:
     
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including product adoption metrics, content engagement, and lead conversion rates
    • Use insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and deliver measurable results

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
     
    • At least 10 years in product marketing, content marketing, or a combined role, with a strong focus on strategy and execution
    • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
       
  • Skills:
     
    • Exceptional ability to translate technical product details into clear, compelling messaging for various audiences - copywriting skills is a big plus
    • Strong content creation skills across various media types
    • Proficiency with the following marketing tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zoominfo
       
  • Knowledge:
     
    • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and digital customer engagement challenges
    • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their applications in banking is a plus
